As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the administrative workflow of financing, leasing, lien, and insurance documentation for all Calmont Leasing locations. 
Some job duties will include, but are not limited to:


       
  • Equipment Inventory Intake, including payables data entry, purchase order management, equipment registration, PPSA (lien) registrations, concession tracking and intercompany sales verification.

  • Lease Fleet Tracking, including monthly billing and revenue analysis, lease end close outs/buyouts management working closely sales staff and customers, payment collection – working closely with the AR department, file auditing, and sales documentation preparation.

  • Financing of new/used rental and sales equipment. Collection of all necessary documentation, updating financing structure as necessary.  

  • Coordinating quarterly financial audits.

  • Accounting duties including account reconciliations.

  • Cross training with finance coordinator counterpart, including vacation coverage and back-up of duties.

  • Cover breaks for reception on a rotational basis.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related Administrative or Customer    Service experience.
  • Previous automotive leasing or lending experience considered an asset.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and organize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
  • Energetic and friendly with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
