Reporting to the OperationsManager, the Branch Administrator willbe responsible for the day-to-day administrative and clerical functions withinthe Rental and Service Departments.  Somejob duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting customers in a courteous and professional manner and ensuring that customers’ questions and inquiries are addressed thoroughly, either by responding directly or directing them to the appropriate internal resources.

  • Developing and maintaining competent product knowledge of all equipment offered at Calmont.

  • Handling incoming rental inquiries by phone, email, or in person.

  • Physically checking in and out all rental units.

  • Inspecting rental units for damage or missing components when returned and ensure they are cleaned.

  • Completing and processing rental agreements and all required paperwork.

  • Picking up and delivering rental units.

  • Maintaining current and accurate customer job files/work orders; including opening work orders, posting technician’s time to work orders, posting technician’s comments, opening approved additional work order segments, etc.

  • Processing all monthly work orders on a timely basis and performing all Service Department month end procedures.

  • Following-up with and provide ongoing service to existing customers to ensure repeat and referral business.

  • Performing other duties as required.

Job Requirements


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role.

  • Energetic and friendly with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and organize workload in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent customer service skills with a history of exceeding customer’s expectations.

  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate customers operational needs.

  • Working knowledge of the MS Office package.

  • Valid class 5 Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract.
